Refund policy

All sales are final unless stated otherwise below.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on jewelry items (belly rings, nipple rings, etc.) or Luxe Lips products (lip oils, glosses, liners). For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Clothing items and sets may be eligible for return under the following conditions: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition; free of stains, odors, or damage; and a return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, contact shopcyluxe@gmail.com. If approved, further return instructions will be provided.

CyLuxe is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur from product use, lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or shipping delays caused by carriers. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, and ingredients before purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
