Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

CyLuxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

CyLuxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
